OMNICHANNEL
IKEA
For this project, we were required to evaluate the effectiveness of an omni-channel business approach and create e-marketing strategies through designing digital marketing plans. We conducted situation analysis using Demand and SWOT analysis and identified marketing tactics (7Ps & 4Cs) to see if there are any opportunities which we can capitalize on.
Our team came up with a marketing plan which aims to encourage earned media from the #TRANSFORMWITHIKEA campaign and we intend to promote the campaign on Instagram as it was IKEA's preferred platform to promote. Lastly, we also proposed a mobile app called "IKEASPACE" whereby users can gain design ideas and tips by simply scanning their homes.

CREATING & PITCHING EVENT CONCEPTS
PRODUCT LAUNCH
For this project, I was required to plan a product launch event. This was my first time planning an event and since I do not have much experience, I had to do a lot of research on what event props are needed at such events and their costs.
I decided to plan a product launch on the Air Jordan XXXV. It was tough deciding on the venue for the event as there weren't many venues suitable for organising a product launch which could hold 600 attendees. What's even tough was to think of an interesting and unique program flow, entertainment segments, and how the product would be launched.
The entertainment segments that I thought of was to have a trivia, followed by a singing performance by local artists, The Gentle Bones and Benjamin Kheng. Then, our very own formal local baskeetball would perform a mini magic and comedy show as well as a short sharing session on his time on the Singapore Slingers. Attendees can also have a chance to DIY their own pair of Air Jordan XXXV. The shoe would be launched by having the President of Jordan Brand dunking a glow-in-the dark basketball in a basketball hoop.
